While we don't have all the all the answers to love & life, we do have them for the most frequently asked questions about the brand, the orders, care instructions, sizes and new product launches to ensure a smooth delivery of enchantment.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to deliver enchantment and glamour to you as quick as possible and therefore pack orders fast, so please get in touch as quick as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact contact@barelier.com and wait 72 hours for a response.
Please note that we cannot guarantee modifications before dispatch.
Can I exchange/return my order?

Do I pay for the postage return?
Yes, at this time, Barelier will only be able to cover the returns postage if the items is faulty, subject to the conditions laid out in our returns policy. In all other cases, you have to cover postage for a return.
Can I return a sale item?
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
